Such alignment puts HR in a better position to deliver value, which thereby demonstrates credibility. Increasing credibility leads to increased trust, which cements the HR department’s position as a strategic partner in the organization” (Fulmer, Robert, Genson, and Steven 2006). ConclusionWithin any industry, there will always be issues that arise that call for team collaboration to find solutions. In addressing such issues, the diversity of team members could negatively or positively impact the success of the resolution process. Identifying the different diversities within the group will assist in improving team alliance. Once these differences are identified, theimpact that the diversities could have on the organization should also be examined. These processes will assist in finding methods to improve the group effort in finding effective issue resolution techniques. There also needs to be collaboration between managers and human resources to find employees that will be productive in joint team efforts, thereby improving the organizational behavior of the industry.
