smaller at night, air traffic control will fulfill your needs better and bring the aircraft down quicker than during the day. Without air cargo, many of the things we enjoy today will not work. Air cargo depends on items being on time all the time because of this their three key issues are the sensitivity of the timetable and the flow of traffic. Any air cargo carrier that cankeep these things in check will be effective not only now, but in the future as well.Fleet planning can be defined as the act of deciding future fleet requirements and the timing of the acquisition of aircraft. Fleet preparation is an integral aspect of the creation of an overall operating plan for the airline, taking into account the goals, operating constraints and financial condition of the airline. Three techniques are currently used in the preparation of airline fleets(“TRAFFIC FORECASTING AND”,2010). They can be defined as a macro evaluation method, a timetable evaluation method, and an aircraft assignment method.
THE IMPACT OF AIR CARGO OPERATIONS4The macro method is a multi-year system study in which the number of different types of aircraft needed is calculated on the basis of a macro traffic forecast. The evaluation method of the schedule shall analyze the consistency of the timeline previously determined. After the traffic demand is allocated to the aircraft assigned to itineraries, the analyst investigates the resulting load factor for direction. If it appears to be unreasonably high or low, frequency changes will be made, the aircraft will be allocated an itinerary structure and the opportunities will be associated (“TRAFFIC FORECASTING AND”,2010).
