THE FBI AND RESPONDING TO TERRORISM 4Motivation of Terrorist Group Activities against AmericansSeveral people hear about terrorist attacks and the hate and rage and damage they caused, and most people sit back and ask “Why” or even “How”? No one really truly knows what causes the rage inside of these animals in the moments of thinking it is okay to another person’s life. They are fueled by hate, by religious beliefs, by political views. In the mind of a terrorist they think if you are not like them and one of them, they are doing everyone the honor by eliminating those nonbelievers. The weaknesses are unfortunately what is continuously tested. When these procedures are tested, it usually doesn’t end with a positive outcome. It unfortunate that people have to almost be tested in order to understand what is being targeted and ways to prevent these attacks from ever occurring again.
