One tool to achieve balance and prioritise tasks is the Eisenhower method, according to Bo Tonnquist (2012). It can be illustrated by a diagram consisting of four quadrants with urgency on one axis and importance on the other. Every task can then be evaluated and placed on the graph according to importance and urgency.
