will includes them being able to break the laws that are set forth by God. God has given us a choice whether we obey Him or not. He wants us to want Him and want to build a relationship with Him. God loves us and wants us to have a good life on earth, He wants to bless us and love us. He loves us even if we do not love Him, it is unconditional. I am so thankful to have a God who loves me and wants to have a relationship with me and is merciful. Are things such as true love, beauty, and justice really possible, or are those values totally determined by cultural beliefs and norms?I believe true love is truly possible because God truly loves us, His creation and He has created us the same way and has embedded that mind set as part of our make up. Beauty has been altered by edited magazines and videos of men and women to depict false sense of how people are supposed to look. That in turn will put in people’s heads that they need to look like thepeople in that magazine or they will not be successful or accepted by other people. It is hard to say whether or not I believe that justice is possible, but I do know that when we die we will be judged by the things we have done and justice will be served in that aspect. It is important that we as human beings make sure that we follow the laws that are in place, especially the laws that God has written. STEP 2Have your answers to any of the last questions changed after reading article 2?I do not believe my answers have changed because what I believe is what I believe and atthe end of the day it is my opinion and I believe my opinion is also mostly fact. God does love us
PERSONAL WORLDVIEW & BUSINESS ETHICS6and He wants us to be with Him in heaven. He has granted us free will because if He did not thenwhy would we even be here if was always controlling us. We are here to make our own choices whether good or bad. He wants us to obey Him and to love Him like He loves us. He is my foundation and He will not be moved. “An ideal outward appearance is highly valued in society as it has been shown to lead to positive outcomes in life, such as popularity and positive judgments from others. The media appear to reinforce this association by portraying those who are in accordance with the appearance standards with various benefits, such as involvement in romantic relationships” (Trekels, & Eggermont, 2017).So far in what you’ve read and in what you’ve experienced in life, does it seem odd or offensive to see Jesus Christ as the foundation for life and meaning? From what I have read and experienced, it does not seem odd or offensive to see Jesus Christ as the foundation for life or meaning. He is our creator and as a Christian, I am fully aware of the fact that not everyone believes what I believe. It is unfortunate that people deny the fact that the creation of the sun, stars, moon, planets and space is anything short of miraculous.
