Furthermore, this study will investigate and defined academic task which students frequently procrastinate, areas of procrastinate and possible reasons for the habit of procrastinating among students. This research was conducted to find the possible reason that effect of the procrastination on the academic tasks among senior highschool students. 1.3 Significance of the Study The significance of this study is to solve the problem of procrastination and cramming among senior high school students. Students. To identify the significant relationship between the teacher's ways of saying the bad effects of procrastination and the students way of coping up in procrastination and cramming. The significance of this study is to find effective solutions to stop that habit among senior high students that can lead up to failure and not doing the projects on time. Teachers. This study aims to help not only the students but also the teachers who have students make procrastination and cramming their habit. Thus this study will also provide a good benefit to society because the students that will serve as the leader and a contributor on the future will remember that procrastination and cramming doesn't have good effects in one student's mindset. The techniques in this study will help to prevent the procrastination and cramming among senior high school students. Lecturers. This research may help them to know that some procrastinators do find meeting them for educational purposes is not easy, so the result from this research may give the lectures an overview to approach the matter.

1.4. Scope and limitation The limitation of this research is it only focuses on 100 senior high aclc baliwag. Thus, the result on procrastination behaviour cannot be generalized to all other populations. This study is only limited to know the reasons why the senior high school students of aclc baliwag choose to procrastinate and cram. The scope of this study is only on Aclc baliwag, also this study only aims to find effective solutions in the bad habit of the students like procrastination and cramming. It is only limited on the students of Aclc baliwag on the shift of 2-6 pm only. 1.5. Definition of terms Academic Procrastination. An irrational tendency to delay in the beginning and/or completion of an academic task (Senecal, Julien, Guay, 2003) (p. 135). Students may have the intention to perform an academic activity within the desired or expected time frame, yet failing to motivate themselves to do so (Ferrari, 1998; Lay, 1986, 1995). In this study, it refers to delaying any academic task or failing to complete assigned task within given time.
