capabilities in relation to their future roles develop their capabilities of each individual to their
present role, emerging the organization’s general health and self-renewing abilities, which
translates to an increase in the competences of individuals, and the entire organization.
The proposal will lead to the point when leaders show authenticity, in the path in which
they handle themselves in the working environment. They will see a culture that produces great

The chosen characteristic for this proposal is servant leadership. As a servant leader,
one is expected to have certain qualities alongside leadership qualities in the field. A servant
leader is responsible for providing basic client/patient care in clinics, hospitals, care facilities,
and even private homes. He must have various qualities to perform their job in an effective way.
A servant leader must have the capability to adapt to all changes (Vengosh, Jackson, Warner,
Darrah, & Kondash, 2014).
This is because the changes do not only take place in healthcare settings, but servant
leaders are faced with different challenges and encounters every day. For instance, in a given day
a servant leader may only be attending to two or three patients, but on another day he/she might
be attending to more than twenty people at a time. Over a short time, margin, a servant leader
