It is important to reduce rainwater runoff, which can carry too many nutrients to nearby watersheds. Minimize impervious surfaces and use rain barrels/underground tanks to catch water running off the roof and plat forms. This harvested rain water will be used in the industry. In the Toilets for the staff we will install low-flow toilets that will conserves water and reduces waste. Disposal of Rubbles Generated from Concrete residuals The rubles will be ferried to the landfill for proper disposal. will be spread uniformly using bulldoze at the cost of the Precast Concrete Industry. We will insure that only non-biodegradable and non- toxic materials are not dumped at the pits. REFUSE AND SEWAGE DISPOSAL Sewerage system will be connected to public sewer system upon availability of the sewerage network in the area. Initial a septic tank will be used for sewage disposal. Refuse collection will be outsourced to private contractors for collection and proper disposal at landfill. PREVENTION OF FIRES OR FIRE FIGHTING Three employees will undergo training for Professional Health and Safety Course and other employees shall be trained in-house during induction course. The building shall abide by Fire Department building regulations. In addition we shall keep Fire Extinguishers, have the assembly point, educate staff on dangers and causes of fire regularly and have fire drills more often. Fire brigade shall be involved to sensitize staff during fire drills on the fire outbreak prevention and fire fighting.
