In Chrome, click each of the links from each page to make sure all the links open the other 2 pages properly. External links 44. Go into the Products page tab in BlueGriffon. Delete everything under the slogan "Providing…" including the cake image. 45. Move your cursor to 2 lines below that slogan. Type the sentence "All our products are made fresh in the store. We follow all health and safety guidelines described on the official Baking Association of Canada website". 46. Highlight the words "Baking Association of Canada" from this sentence. 47. At the top, click Insert > Link.

22 48. In the Target textbox, type in the following link: . Make sure you remember the https:// when typing in your link. 49. Near the bottom of this Links pop-up window, there is a Window target section. Click the checkbox that says "Open the link in:". Then open the dropdown menu below it and select "a new window". This means the website will open in a new tab/window in the browser which is what you must ALWAYS choose for external links but NEVER for internal links. 50. Push OK. Click File > Save. 51. Go back into Chrome and refresh or open the Products page. 52. Click on the link you added. If this was done correctly, it will open up the website in a new tab. Email links 53. Go into the Contact page tab. Delete everything under the slogan "Providing…" including the cake image. 54. Move your cursor to 2 lines below that slogan.

24 59. Check the first checkbox "This is an email address". Do not do anything to the "relative URL" checkbox. 60. Push OK. Click File > Save. 61. Go back into Chrome and refresh or open the Contact page. 62. Click on the email link. If done correctly, clicking this link will try to open up Windows Mail, Outlook, or another email program. Do NOT actually send an email to this address! This is a fake address so just close any program that launched from clicking this link. Image links 63. Go into the Home page tab in BlueGriffon. 64. Right-click on the image of the cake halfway down the page, and click "Insert or edit a link". 65. In the Links pop-up window, you will see that it says "Tasty cake" in the top Text area. That's a placeholder but the actual image will be the link to click. 66. Beside the Target textbox, click the little folder icon. Select products.html .
