Remember, mindfulness is really just thinking about thinking. One formof mindfulness is meditation, and it has lots of benefits. But remember all of the benefits we just discussed. I promise you ifyou just listen and let yourself go a little, you’ll experience some immediate benefits. And themore we practice mindfulness and meditation, the easier it becomes and the more we will enjoyit. Let’s see if this type of mindfulness makes us feel different, calmer, or better.
