If a customer wishes to cancel, the reservation employee will register the cancellation. The employee will check if the cancellation was made on time (two days prior to scheduled pick-up date). If not cancelled on time, the employee will register in the system that a cancellation penalty is due (if on time, the employee will do nothing).

Pick-up Vehicle The activity diagram of the “vehicle pick-up” includes three actors: the reservation department, customer and the receptionist. After that the order process has been finished, the process of the “vehicle pick-up” starts. First, the employee brings the reservation voucher to the receptionist. The receptionist checks the reservation voucher and the availability of the vehicle: When the vehicle is not available , the receptionist registers that there is a compensation due, because of the fact that the car is not available. Then the customer has to go back to the reservation department where the reservation process is relaunched. When the vehicle is available , the receptionist registers the vehicle mileage, the driver’s license and the surety details. Then the customer is asked to pay 20 % of the guide price.
