everything because there was so much information squished into six minutes. Although she doesn’t sound fast while giving the speech for the amount of information in the short time it was a little too fast. A way to fix this would be to narrow down the amount of statistics and numbers in her speech and talking more in depth about her topic or talk a little slower with less information. Another area the speaker could improve was eye contact. In the beginning of the speech the speaker does a pretty decent job not looking down at the podium but within the last two minutes the speaker seems to be making more eye contact with the podium than her audience. That way she would always have something to focus on and not feel the pressure to look down because she didn’t know where to look. Lastly I think that the speaker could improve on with body gesture. The speaker didn’t move much nor did she move her hands around a lot. I think a little bit of movement could of benefited her than to seem stiff up

on the podium. Lastly the best way the speaker could of improved this was to not be glued to the podium. Even a little movement behind the podium with lifting her arms or some type of small movement could have been very beneficial to her speech.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
