The contributing behavior factors that lead me to think that Sheila is a very democratic leader is just the way she treats people and situations at work. When dealing with any situation she always asks for ideas from the people involved. She is always open to new ideas. She cares how her decisions will affect them. She is fair and impartial to all team members. She treats everybody the same. She is also never afraid to resolve issues with employees when dealing with performance issues. She does care about her employees but, she is not afraid to make them face the consequences of their actions.
