As the quote implies, diversity within an organization can take many forms such as, age, gender, cultural background, and personalities. With each form, new perspectives and life experiences are added to the mix. It’s important to note that even if a group has a single cultural group, or a group made up of all female or male, diversity still exists within the team. This is because each member brings individual experiences and as a result, different perspectives.The impact of diversity in an organization is growing everyday inside today work environment. Diversity play a major role in the workforce which causes a lot of confusion. Whilewe work in these different organization we will all noticed the different things that goes on with diversity.
