policy of the organization. 3. Compliance of Learning Resources with needs of PECThe learning resources will provide vocational help to the learners with RTO resources. Ithas been seen the VET training resources will be used in the training to ensure certification of authenticity. Organizational training policy of PEC is not matched with the authenticity of resources; therefore, the learning process will include suitable programs to meet with the compliance of national and international standards. Training resources will be taken from Australia’s leading provider of training resources with an authentic certification. Greer, Lusch & Hitt (2017) have mentioned that all resources will be consistent with workplace needs to have better solutions and efficient outcome of training. As mentioned above, learning resources will bebrought with certification of authenticity, thus, the resource provider is providing a guarantee statement with the resource. Therefore, Muller (2018) has mentioned that learning resources and assessment tools are compliant with international and national training needs. It is also compliantwith organizational needs.
6Lead learning strategy implementation4. Reviewing Assessment Policy It has been observed that the assessment policy of the organization will be required to mitigate certain gaps to maintain an authentic approach. In order to do so this organization will require technical training. As commented by Dyson (2019), organizational learning provides continuous improvement in learning procedures along with the chance to ensure knowledge management. All the learning processes are bound in rules to provide the best result related to assessment policy. Learning strategy needs to have more relevance to organizational requirements ensuring the meeting of assessment policies. On the other hand, learning strategy needs to include a month to monitor learning of candidates so that they can be efficient enough toget a job after graduation as per assessment of standard policy and procedure. Proper implementation of learning strategy with proposed improvement will mitigate the gaps in assessment policy and procedure. McClory, Read & Labib (2017) have pointed out that in modern job roles applying digital knowledge has become necessary, in that case use of holograms, video conferencing, webinars and e-learning will require more time to give practical and theoretical training to candidates. The evaluation policy will not be weekly anymore, it will be in alternative of 15 days. Training manager will provide a detailed report to the manager after the evaluation period. After the completion of the entire learning strategy, the learning manager will have a monitoring process for a month to check the result of learning among candidates. Thus, it will provide an insight into the training process. Finally, the training manager will provide a clear final report to the director of the organization. Senior manager will also be provided with a copy of this final report after evaluation.
