As stated the San Francisco Company offered better wages for the workers. She knew from Venture Capital Finance, that a startup company need to make more money for the first two years. And hence the T-shirts from China would be cheaper and she could make more elaborate design with more graphic and color. The most challenging issue was to decide on which company to order her T-shirts from. Since she thought the students would prefer T-shirt made with more graphic than then one that are made cheap. Outsourcing cheaper one would not be promoting the local U.S Company during the global recession. The dilemma is she has to make the startup company stable in short time and still make her boss happy. 2. Leblanc could not quit intern and drop the class. Since the internship would provide her with skills and knowledge to tackle business related issues and the finally make rational decision on which path to follow. She should consider talking with the manager overt the issue in an attempt to walk over problem together. Secondly the FashionForward is an established company and quitting the intern would cause her to lose important opportunities in the company in future. On the other hand quitting and dropping the classes is an option, she was working and researching very hard on prices in order to please the boss. LAW ETHICS 9 more customers and only be given little tittle in return. LeBlanc decision of leaving the job would be her ultimate decision based on her moral and ethics. And therefore she could be in the position to start business in the career field using the right approach. 3. The intern should request for extension on her assignment. Pro are: An extension of the assignment would increase their work experience. This is importance as the worker are a time reluctant and want someone who have never worked before to do the task they have been doing for years. This helps the intern earn the basic soft skills in the work place. T do the assignment which is well researched and take her time to deliver quality work Extension on her assignment time would give her a permanent stint. This would serve to create a platform to showcase her skill, prowess and best personal quality in the company.
