Real-Time Health Monitoring In addition to the use of telemedicine, physicians often seek to monitor their patients’ health in real-time using healthcare data technology. Both information from all sensors, handlebars, etc. can be tracked and examined, and, if the typical situation is divergent, an alert can be sent to the doctor straight away. For fast processing and analysis, machine learning algorithms are used. Thus, the doctors will see signs of improvements instantly, depending on the patient's chronic condition (Wang et al., 2018, p. 8). When something goes wrong, doctors approach patients and advises them accordingly. Given the above proof of digital developments, it is evident that big data and health care are two areas that support each other mutually. Notably, substantial information needs not only sufficient equipment but also software solutions that ensure that data is collected correctly and functioned continuously. Impact of The Problem

INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY 20 Although ensuring stringent data quality seems to be a lower-level implementation concern for health organizations, all stakeholders must take it very seriously. Low data quality in an organization can often cause problems. It includes all aspects, from clinical management to decision-making at the policy level. Organizational Impact Reduced Productivity and Increased Bottlenecks. With manual records input and update, the productivity of employees is significantly affected by slowing down or stopping operations on automated jobs. It will result in incoherent processes and job backlogs, which could be avoided with more organized data management approaches. Weak and Ineffective Policy Decisions. With the increasing use of large datasets by health policymakers and administration as a basis for informed choices, inaccuracies may lead to incorrect decisions informed by statistically minor findings of otherwise reliable and clean data (Viceconti et al., 2015, p. 1211). Since aggregated and transformed datasets frequently make the decision, even small inaccuracies in a data source can intensify when several downstream transformations are impacted or when combined with more massive datasets. Stakeholders If data is incorrectly entered in an electronic healthcare system, health care providers have to intervene to resolve discrepancies and inaccuracies manually. This aspect could lead to delays and even abuse, both of which lead to the poor patient experience. Also, with a prevalent human intervention in an organization, employees begin to be frustrated and to distrust the information they receive. The experience can lead to manual reports and analyses that often

INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY 21 increase the likelihood of errors and prevent efficient correction of errors as well as fundamental moral questions. These issues are common in healthcare institutions struggling to modernize their structures and procedures. Therefore, decision-makers must begin to develop and to procure better data management mechanisms for managing these situations.
