This assignment meets the following NASAC Standards: 90) Perform the actions necessary to start a group, including: determining group type, purpose, size, and leadership; recruiting and selecting members; establishing group goals and clarifying behavioral ground rules for participating; identifying outcomes; and determining criteria and methods for termination or graduation from the group. 92) Facilitate group growth within the established ground rules, and precipitate movement toward group and individual goals by using methods consistent with group type. Assignment #2: Group Facilitator Peer Review and Reflection (Obj. 2.1, 3.1 and 3.2) Description: During Topic 6, your group should meet virtually for 2 hours in MindTap. The group should be led by a different facilitator each week, based on the schedule outlined during Topic 1, and cover the preselected topic. Students will participate in a minimum of 10 hours of group work throughout the course. Complete the Group Facilitator Peer Review and Reflection feedback form. Submit the form to your instructor for review. While APA style is not required for the body of this assignment, solid academic writing is expected, and documentation of sources should be presented using APA formatting guidelines, which can be found in the APA Style Guide, located in the Student Success Center.
