Invisalign Headquarters – Once the data is received, models of the patient’s teeth are created. The models are used to create a 3D model and sent electronically to Pakistan. Pakistan Facility- In Pakistan, the first model is transformed into a customized, 3D treatment after which it is sent back to Santa Clara for approval. After it is reviewed the information is transmitted to the orthodontists via ClinCheck where they can suggest adjustments. Invisalign Headquarters – After the simulations are approved, they are sent back to Santa Clara facility where a series of molds is created for each two week interval in the treatment.
Mexico Factory – The molds are sent to a manufacturing facility in Juarez, Mexico where they are molded, pressed, trimmed, polished, cleaned, packaged, inspected and shipped to the orthodontist. Orthodontist – After receiving the finished product the orthodontist fits and prescribes it to the patient. 3. Are there any gaps in the channel?
