ORGANIZATIONAL BEHAVIOR PAPER 5 Conclusion In conclusion, organizational behavior covers essentially most of the aspects of an organization, such as social team, behavior, leadership and the organization culture and therefore, the most critical elements will have to deal with all these aspects. Such important organizational behavior elements are performance, career development, the organizational culture, and the organizational management which ensures that the organizations vision, mission, goals and values are supported.
