According to Radu (2011) on the Educational Theory, he suggested that in the new educational system that was established to be different as per the traditional educational system. Its main objective was to enable students in the learning institutions to simultaneously be at the same level with the social development of the American society. Therefore, the methodology applied in the education system currently was designed as per the formulated design to ensure students will have a bright future as well as develop to productive in the society. Technology In this era and age of technology United States of America has transformed its mode of studies from analog to digital and it is evident the effectiveness of the technology to deliver studies is positive. Researchers have documented evidence of technology as contributing factor to effective learning. One of the noted evidence is, new structures and funding models have been formulated. For instance, new groups are formed around the learner interest; this is evident because learners are able to gather information from their field of research that provides a wider scope and effectiveness of what the learner is interested about. More learners are able to access online books, reports and so forth in order to pinpoint what exactly the learner’s interest is all about. The relationship between teachers, students, and parents has greatly improved. This is evident because teachers can communicate directly to the students without prejudice, in addition, teachers can communicate to parents as well directly whenever something is wrong with the students. Furthermore, teacher, students and parents can monitor the progress of the student and can be able to depict where the student is facing difficult and be able to pitch in and help the students in the area of difficulty. In addition students with difficulty in understanding the English language or who are using the English language for the first time through technology they can be able to communicate and learn how to communicate effectively without much help from the teachers and parents. Technology has enabled students to have virtual classes therefore enabling students that are unable to be in school physical attend classes virtually hence ensuring most students learn at the comfort of their living rooms. It provides students with multiple sophisticated modes of learning and blended approaches that enable students to have different point of views that eventually enable them to think critically. Furthermore, it provides room for imagination that may eventually lead to innovativeness if explored.
