After doing some Observation in Berjaya Fitness using different types of observation, the data that we gather will be checked and evaluated then documented in order to help in making new system analysis that is better than before. Interview Interview is one example method of the requirement gathering techniques. It is conducted by one on one conversation with one person become an interviewer and remaining person become interviewee. The purpose of doing interview is get more deep information of interviewee with asking some questions prepared by interviewer. Interviewer must have plan, conduct and document skills to obtain successful interview. Interview can be done with facing directly one on one or can also be indirect such as through online interview. Advantages of Interview: 1. Deep, free, instant response from interviewee to answer the question from interviewer. Therefore, interview is also done to know the depth of knowledge of interviewee, opinions, and other responses. 2. Interview is a flexible and adaptive way. That depends on situation whether interviewer want to change question or not anytime to get more information from interviewer. Page | 20

It is only less costly compared to the other techniques because interview is very simple way, require little time, and low-cost method because it is just communication directly between 2 persons except for online interview or indirectly. 4. Developing relationship can be done by interview. In interview, they can directly exchange any information that can help to increase confident and level of trust of each other which will be able to improve their relationship. 5.Any misunderstanding and mistake can be corrected easily because they will meet face on face so it will be more simple to confess any doubt from both sides. Disadvantages of Interview: 1. Require much attention to stay focus during the interview to make sure there will be no any missing information collected throughout the interview. 2. Time duration is the major disadvantage for interview because it takes so much time from preparing for the interview, taking interview, document and evaluating the interview. 3. Interview is also a kind of method which is not suitable for personal matters. Personal conflicts will not be revealed using interview method. 4. As already been explained above, interview will require skills such as conduct and document skills for interviewer. So, only people who have these skills can become interviewer. 5. The result of interview whether it is successful or unsuccessful will be determined on the efficiency of interview. If it is inefficiency it can lead to unwanted results by both sides.
