Problem 2. 10 pts. Any resemblance between the following problem and Agronin’s ShapeShot business ( , best viewed using Chrome or Firefox) is purely coincidental. Your team has developed an amazing technology for scanning animals and automatically creating 3D computer models that can then be viewed on a computer or 3D-printed. Your first prototype only works with snakes. You’re set up one of your machines at Petco. Customers can bring in their pet snakes, get them scanned, and then order a paperweight personalized to look like their snake. Your service consists of these elements: A 3D transmogrifier, built with custom hardware you designed and with software you wrote, which scans the snake and creates a 3D model.
