I think the most useful aspects of the site is because of the care taken ensure visitors can easily find the information they are looking for. The information is categorized over various tabs,and each has relevant information there. It is an approach that leaves the website tidy and appealing to the eye. The other bit is that the information is brief and to the point. Hence, one caneasily scan the information and get an idea of the various aspects discussed. I am not a loyal customer of M&Ms because their only product I used to buy was the chewing gum. However, about three years ago, I had a dental problem and decided to cut back onthe gums. However, I still consider their chewing gums to be the best in the market, and will refer someone also to buy. Therefore, the fact that I am not a regular customer does not make me a loyal customer.Topic 2: Customer RelationshipsA cause marketing campaign I feel was the best in 2016 is one done by Patagonia to help support grassroots environmental organizations. The idea behind these cause was that such environmental groups do a wonderful job but are cash strapped. They are also unable to attract huge attention that can help generate enough funds for their operations. What Patagonia did was to dedicate its Black Friday sales to the groups. The idea surpassed expectations because the $10 million raised was five times the expected amount. I feel that this is good cause marketing because the reality of global warming has pushed environmental concerns to the fore of considerations made by ethical customers. These are customers who are keen to ensure that their spending habits are in line with their environmental concerns (Charter, 2017).
