publishing shares the work with the public. As stated in the introduction, every writer does some form of each stage unconsciously. Notice that the second through fifth steps include asking someone to read over one’s work. This is important so that the writer always has a second opinion. Sometimes when writing, the writer may understand what he is trying to convey, but may be writing it in a way that is confusing to others.
