regulatory actions in the chance hazardous materials cause environmental contamination or injury. Environmental laws and actions could cause substantial cost and adverse results in the research, development, and production of eye care products (Novartis, 2013). If found to be in involved or violation of a major environmental issue, Alcon could be held liable for sizeable damages or forced to pay fines that could significantly hinder the company. Environmental issues could also skew public perspective, hinder Alcon from obtaining the needed insurance coverage, and subject the company to legal fees (Novartis, 2013). The proper handling of environmental responsibilities could in turn shine an extremely positive light on Alcon, in today’s world the perspective of current and future clients could be effected greatly by the conscious effort to keep the environment safe.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
