receive and contain the same information. What is the best way to be able to come together and
collaborate about future lessons?
In order to move forward with collaboration, we must first know and understand the
definition of the word. Collaboration is the process in which two or more individuals share their
own experiences, skills, and knowledge (
Cohen, (2009).
Moving forward in in our collaboration
we must be able to build a trusting relationship with each other. We must be able to share our
ideas with each other in a comfortable setting (Onside Learning, (2014)
We both know that all

of the students that we teacher are all different and learn in different ways, so what may work for
one student may not always work for another. I think that we should meet once a week, maybe
Tuesday, to go over the following weeks lesson plans. This way we are able to express our
feeling and ideas about the lesson to be taught and how. Secondly, I feel that each month we need
to come together and decide what our curriculum is going to look like for the month so we have
an idea of what is going on and can brainstorm a little more before the actual lesson is to be
taught.
