From the essential needs of lighting and water use, the customer of the company is the whole people living in Vietnam who have enough economic conditions. Specifically, in many fields of life, lighting is necessary to use for work and the need of living. Luckily, RALACO is one of the first companies producing this kind of product, while at the time of establishing, Vietnamese people are able to buy those products so the demand is very high. - For the water mains segment: In the 1990s, there were about 2-3 Vietnamese units producing tap water, for example Rang Dong, Binh Tay. However, with the opening policy and the influx of low-end Chinese thermos, the manufacturers of thermos bottles have encountered enormous difficulties, and Rang Dong alone has been able to sustainably produce, hold and occupy market. The company has been developing steadily, continuously, steadily and effectively, reaching out to dominate the market of Vietnam thermos with the current market share of about 85% - For the market all kinds of bulbs: Despite some competitive companies, RALACO has maintained its position with 25-30% market share in the market
