This is examined thatemployees' attitude has created a potential influence on others and also its motivation level.Attitude affects worker response and reactions to others which includes customers, employers,supervisors, and many peer members(Friday, 2019). Another is job, satisfaction impactsworkers' motivation level in which situations where the employee does not satisfy with their jobprofile or working environment of ALDI. For this, the respective organization needs to fulfiltheir needs and requirements properly along with listening to their issues and try to resolve it aswell.9
Theories related to attitude and job satisfactionThe theory related to attitude is theTheory of Planned Behaviour (TPS)which refers toconnected one’s beliefs and behaviour with another. The theory indicates that purpose orintention towards subject standards, attitude, and supposed interactive control. It is that theorywhich can be used by ALDI for describing its employee’s behaviour over which an individualcan exert self-control. It is analyzed that the theory of planned performance holds a detailedattitude towards the behaviour in question that can be predictable to assume that behaviour. Withthe help of this theory, the company can easily analyze its employee’s attitudes and comportmenttowards work and how they performed their tasks. In addition to this, measuring and evaluatingattitude towards the work required in the workplace(Calhoun, 2015). TPS theory is mainly usedfor understanding and predicting the attitude, which suggests that the behaviour is directlyevaluated by communicative purposes and apparent behaviour mechanisms. This theory helps toALDI as through which they can easily analyze and examine its worker's attitude regarding thework and describe the value or belief which they are followed. With this, staff members’performance can measure without any issue and based on this employer offers a high positionrole within an organization.
