After reading and going through the different varieties job descriptions as per thegiven link, the two recommendations that I would make as to make the jobdescription more marketable are: First, is to divide the job descriptions into both core responsibility requirement aswell as noncore responsibility requirement and this will help to understand the jobresponsibility more clearly instead of making the reader more confused to identifythe main responsibility out of the enlisted task in the given job description andfinally, add a range of what the future employee would expect to make able to make. Many times a candidate will read a job description and not know what how muchthey can expect to make in the position, and decides not submit their resume for theposition because they don’t know if this job is in the pay range they are willing toaccept.
