Every person uses the social media, Monster.com, Careerbulider.com and Linkin.com. Companies can take the advantage of these social media websites in recruiting the people. This process is very economical. Each company can reach a vast majority of people in the shortest amount of time. The candidate also gets insights of the requirement of the company. They don’t have to visit the company to enquire about their application that they placed for a specific job. There is no doubt that technology has assisted and hindered the process. Technology has played a major role in assisting with reaching a high volume of a variety of job candidates. Majority of the companies make use of technology for screening the application of candidates.
