at the Assessment Center on the day of the exam. The online format is just like the online quizzes which you will be familiar with. Your exam score will be available for viewing as soon as you submit your test for grading. You may take the exam anytime during the scheduled test period. You do not have to notify the instructor or Assessment Center of the date or time you wish to take the exam, simply show up at an IRSC Assessment Center on the exam day. Please arrive at least NINETY MINUTES before the Assessment Center closes to give yourself enough time to complete the exam and bring photo identification with you. EXAMS WILL NOT BE GIVEN BEFORE THE SCHEDULED DATES. IF YOU FAIL TO COMPLETE AN EXAM BY THE REQUIRED DATE, YOU WILL RECEIVE A ZERO FOR THAT EXAM UNLESS YOU HAVE A VALID EXCUSE. Exam Dates: Test 1: 02/14 or 02/15/2017 Test 2: 03/21 or 03/22/2017 Test 3: 04/28/2017 or 05/01/2017 Quizzes - Students will be required to complete SIX online quizzes throughout the semester. Quiz questions will be taken from the assigned readings and videos. Quizzes will be worth 30% of your final course grade. Quizzes can be taken from your home computer or in an IRSC Assessment Center. STUDENTS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO USE ANY STUDY MATERIALS TO COMPLETE THE QUIZZES. Make sure that you complete the quizzes on the scheduled dates. IF YOU FAIL TO COMPLETE A QUIZ ON THE REQUIRED DATE, YOU WILL RECEIVE A ZERO FOR THAT QUIZ. You will be given 45-55 minutes to complete each online quiz. Each quiz will consist of 25-35 multiple choice questions. Each online quiz will be available from midnight (12:00 a.m. on the assigned day until 11:59 p.m. that evening. DO NOT WAIT UNTIL THE LAST MINUTE TO COMPLETE THE ONLINE QUIZZES. FOR QUIZ DATES SEE THE SCHEDULE OF ACTIVITIES LOCATED UNDER COURSE MENU. Quizzes will only be available on the assigned day. To complete a quiz simply, go to Content, click the WOH 2022 Quizzes folder, click on the appropriate quiz, click “Begin” save your answers after you complete each question, when finished, click “Submit,” scroll down, click on “OK” to review your score. **If the system goes down in the middle of a quiz, or if you receive an error message when you submit a quiz, it will be the student’s responsibility to email the instructor and explain your difficulties in order to be allowed to complete a MAKEUP QUIZ.
