Other exercises such as swimming, sprinting, boxing, or cycling can be incorporated into a new lifestyle of aerobic activity. This aerobic workout routine modification, grouped with the high level of muscular endurance, and a healthy diet will promote better overall health and fitness and also decrease the amount of body fat percentage. Summary & Conclusions: The purpose of the health related physical fitness tests were to evaluate the overall fitness of the subject. It let the subject know what areas were performed highly in and what areas were performed poorly in, so modifications to exercises can be made. The subject’s exercise history shows a balanced cardiovascular and resistance training routine, however, the subject tends to be inconsistent. It is also revealed the subject has to deal with a broken hand, which has affected physical activity. The trials of the experiment reveal high levels of muscular endurance and flexibility, but low levels of aerobic fitness and body composition. Lifestyle modifications using FITT should be made to increase health in the low levels and maintain the high levels of fitness. Most importantly, having good overall health in these areas leads to a higher prevention rate of disabilities and damage to our bodies such as cancer, diabetes, and osteoporosis.
