Conclusion a. Globalization has both positive and negative effects on the society. It leads to jobs creation in developing nations as well as the loss of job opportunities in developed nations. b. It can result in the transfer of meaningful technology from one region of the world to the other. Nevertheless, such technologies can cause diseases such as cancer. Globalization also causes social development, especially when multinationals crate jobs and construct social amenities for their workers. c. On the negative side, when people move from rural to urban centres to take advantage of the opportunities created by such industries, their living standards decrease because they are unable to cope with the relatively expensive live in towns.
