Ability to discriminate which resource is being overloaded- Behavioral methods: It is easy to know what tap goes to which resource, it is easy to discriminate which resource is overloaded when a task is performed deficiently . Psychophysiological methods: Not all body maps can be resource to a certain task . In example, pupillometry can be associated with the use of visual resource. But it can also be affected by auditory Subjective methods: Advantage is that subject has full attention of the resources. An idea of how much of a resource is being loaded on certain tasks. Intrusiveness to task performance- Behavioral methods: disadvantage is unless the subject is being observed performing the task, a specialist will not know if the participant was affected by some other techniques. Psychophysiological methods: the response measures from this method may be affected by the technique that is causing degradations to the primary task, this will cause a disadvantage. Subjective methods: Advantage is that the operator{s subjective opinion allow those techniques that may cause a failing in performance to be corrected. Costs to implement: Behavioral methods: Disadvantage is training of those testers and the further analysis of the performance measurements recorded.

Psychophysiological methods: This method cost is very high because the instruments needed are very unique. Subjective methods: It is easy to implement. Just survey the operator, do not need to train the testers or use some kind of equipment. Operator’s acceptance: Behavioral methods: Advantage is the operator may not know that they are being graded on performance as the measurable can be end product.
