ideas and themes that I want to live by and fully understand. They are ideas that I want to be relevant to the classroom environment I develop for my future students, or be a part of the persona that I have as a teacher. Yet, each of these ideas are connected to me, and I am connected to my four-year plan and my Conceptual Frame Work
concentration of TESOL, and that is how each of these ideas are displayed as being a part of my goal of becoming an Elementary Education teacher. Task 2: “Preparing competent, caring, and reflective teachers prepared for world service.” –Conceptual Framework of Taylor’s Education Program Each disposition in the Conceptual Framework, are ones I want to be described as. When I am a teacher, I would hope that my students would describe me as competent, caring, and reflective, because those are all qualities that make up a great teacher. To be an influential teacher, I must be knowledgeable about the information I am teaching, I must be able to answer most every question that comes up in order to teach my students to the best of my ability. To be an influential teacher, I must honestly care for my students and be kind to them, because they will remember those who actually took time to build a personal relationship with them. I want my students to know that I care for them, and that is why I am a teacher.
