Opening a New Branch of Vietinbank in My Dinh Overview of Vietinbank Vietinbank, which is registered name in English: Vietnam joint stock commercial bank for industry and trade, is headquartered in Ha Noi, Vietnam. Vietinbank has been built for 29 years and developed with 155 branches nationwide (Annual report, 2018). At the same time, Vietinbank is also present in Laos and Cambodia (Vietinbank, 2018). Founded in 1988, the company has grown to include domestic as well as foreign executives, as well as in international executives; moreover, it has been honoured with numerous awards such as Forbes or The Banker (Vietinbank, 2018). According to the Vietinbank annual report (2017), Vietinbank has 1.095.061 billion VND in assets and its ROA is 0,9% and the bank employs about 23,000 people. Through the data, people can see that Vietinbank usually focuses heavily on the management of typical hierarchical branch system in Vietnam. The analysis will look at the type of business and purpose of the bank, the size and scope, the relationship. In addition, this analysis will look at the requirements and purpose of human resource management in order to develop a management plan and assessment to open a new branch of Vietinbank in the My Dinh. 1.1 Business Type and Purposes of Vietinbank 1.2Explain the different types and purposes of organizations; public, private and voluntary sectors and their legal structures.
