Possible volunteer drivers to bring people with no transportation or financial means of public transportation with add in a larger amount of participants. The YMCA offers membership from as little as free to base on your income. They offer exercise classes throughout the day as well as daycare services. The Social Service offer Medicaid to those that qualify which allows for more people to be able to visit the doctor.Primary Prevention TopicMy primary prevention topic is prevention of overweight and obesity through healthy nutrition and physical activity. Obesity lead can lead to diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure, and stroke. When the numbers of obesity decrease so will mortalities related to heart disease, diabetes and stroke. References
