James - He is the opinion giver of the group, but it is usually a negative opinion. Andy is also a negative blocker. He always has a poor attitude or a sarcastic comment. He is also a follower he does not take on a role in the conversation unless it is a negative one. Stephanie - This individual is the opinion giver of the group. Although usually it is a negative opinion about Walmart or the amount of work we have that night. She likes to also be the dominator by trying to interrupt and take control of things. Wendy (myself) - The manager likes me to take on the non-official role of the leader of the department on third shift so that kind of shifts me into being in every role. The only roles I do not take on are the roles of the follower and the negative blocker.

Group Stages Experienced I do not feel this team experiences any of these stages. The team is much disorganized and a few of them do not really want to be there.
