(3:30 to 3:45) is very short and it is directly after the trumpet solo. All the instruments played dotted chords and build up with crescendo to a finale. This piece is significant due to many reasons. It includes many styles and techniques of Latin Jazz music such as syncopation, improvisation and dotted rhythm. Its dance-like rhythm and improvisation melodies are very catchy and easy to dance to. The use of bongos is also very important since Latin music has some influence from African music. Also, the bongos really brought out the syncopation rhythm of the music. Tito Puente is known for his arrangement and composition of all these features.
