The idea is to attractthe youth from rural India andelsewhere, and train them sothey can add value to thefarmers’ produce.It will be managed by ICAR-NAARM’s technology incubator,a-IDEA along with IIMAhmedabad’s Centre forInnovation.Under the programme, start-upswill get incubation space to runtheir businesses and have accessto research laboratories andlibraries. AGRI UDAAN will alsohelp the selected start-ups withregulatory services like companyregistration and environmentalcompliances.The programme will shortlist 40start-ups in the first round whowill pitch their ideas to a panel of
