The upsell customers are categorized based on there details like income, the area they live in there choices of previous purchase which makes a salesperson analyze with the help of the tool and conclude about a particular customer whether he/she will buy the items on upsell values. 2. The customers which are loyal but not interested anymore in the companies older product can be introduced to the new product for cross- selling.
