COSRT recognises that discrimination and prejudice may form part of the experience of its members and their clients or associates. We will regularly review our policies and procedures to ensure that such experiences are addressed appropriately. We will actively promote equality and diversity and ensure that legislation and ethical requirements within COSRT are adhered to. COSRT seeks to ensure that the practice of sexual and relationship therapy celebrates human difference and diversity, and that at no time is sexual and relationship therapy used to oppress or coerce any individual or group. We expect all members to make a commitment to ensure that their professional practice is free from discrimination and prejudice. Our vision for equality and diversity goes beyond establishing processes to achieve change. In all interaction with our employees, members, associate members and providers of training we will endeavour to be proactive and regularly review progress made towards meeting our objectives in
