For instant the lack of energy she feels is an outcome of poor eating habits she has fostered. Additionally, bad eating habits will yield to uncontrolled eating habits that will yield to obesity, and health complications like hypertension and other chronic disease(Hesketh et al., 2005). Shelly’s habit of eating food with little nutrient content is the cause of the plummeted energy level. This is because the energy production is a product of proteins and the carbohydrates present in the meal.
