He holds a M.S. and a Ph.D. in Industrial and Systems Engineering from University of Florida (USA), and a B.S. degree in Industrial Engineering from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (Spain). He is also a re- searcher of the Business Analytics Research Group at Universitat Pompeu Fabra.
