Relating to the sales history of 3M in recent years after approaching Six Sigma, the sales is increasing year by year. From that we can see Six Sigma actually benefits to 3M company. Thus, it should be confident to apply Six Sigma in the company’s improvement. For ensuring the future, 3M continuous to use smartly the Six Sigma with a clear strategy to be a balance between Six Sigma and creativity.
