Also we would talk about environmental issues as negative outcomes of this project to persuade the Governor not to support Harborco. Our BATNA is to sue Harborco at a later time in order to receive compensation. 6.Information GatheringMy question would be “What data can you show this group that explains your belief that your port will be beneficial to our existing ports?” This question will bring one of our major doubts to the entire group in an unaggressive manner.
