Unfortunately, with team based training there are not many options to resolve the issue with timeliness in decision making. But, I would create a very open work space for the team and implement hard deadlines the team would need to present decisions to me as the leader to discuss. To solve some of the personality conflicts, I would implement extra steps in the recruiting process to search for candidates that are open and receptive to team based training. These could be personality surveys, personality tests, phone screening, and even just discussing the team training expectations in the interview process. However, this will by far not solve the problem entirely. Many people view conflict
