We decided to target all the empowered girls and women around the world, because ourmission is “letALL thegirls even prettier”.Our products are going to have 4 standards sizes, based on the deep study about disablepeople’s bodies. However, the customer also is going to be able to customize her own productsonline before ordering it. For facilities, we provide photos in our models (disables) to give to thecustomer the best idea how her products are going to fit in the body. We expected as a new target market women/girl within 14 – 30 years old, sizes from 6 – 16.For our new customers, we are selling adapting products but keeping the same standard andproducts as usual for our previous customer. Our prices are affordable and accessible for all peopleand varies between AUD30 – AUD300. With it, we want to show the world that we care about fashion and we know that everyonewants to feel fashion, so we are giving our best to let every girl/woman comfortable, happy and letthem show the world how pretty they are. For now, we are going to sell only clothes (all clothes in our list are for either customers fromnow onward). However, we have started studying the possibility of selling accessories and shoessooner.In addition, we are introducing in our online marketing a new tool to help the customer tocustomize easily their own clothe. It is going to be an extra tab in our website, called as “by yourown”, and the customer is going to find out ideas and all the steps that need to be taken tocustomize the item; it lets you change the colour, size, add an accessory/painting/designs, excludebottom (you can exclude something that you didn’t like, as a button, zipper, etc). It gives theopportunity to our customers to adapt the clothes to their needs, and this is all we want as acompany. Expanding our company is not only the wish of being bigger, but the desire of meeting asmany people as possible. We believe that this new clothes (adapting) and the new “by your own” tabare going to meet our wish to let ALL the girl/woman even prettier around the World.
