And it is important to remember the difficulties disabled people in wheelchairs may encounter trying to get to your restaurant. ii) Space size The space that you rent need to fit your size requirement. Larger spaces reduce workplace accidents by minimizing slips, trips and falls the most common workplace accident according to OSHA. You will want to consider how big of a space you need for your restaurant requirements. iii) Affordability Cost is always a bottom-line consideration for any business if the rent or purchase of the space is more than you will bring in each month in profits, that location is not feasible at that time. However, if you know that you will generate business from that location, then you might consider it, but you will need to be able to afford the upfront costs before you turn profits. A killer location won’t make up for driving your restaurant out of business. iv) Safety
