NI development has optimized the quality of care and improved outcomes at my
work place. Being a
home care nurse, developing these competencies would increase my effectiveness
in retrieving and
inputting data electronically, analyzing and interpreting information as an aspect of
planning care,
utilizing informatics applications formulated for clinical practice, and implementing
policies related to
best practices.
